Student Athlete Advisory Committee
About
The student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight into the student-athlete experience and to offer input on the rules, regulations, and policies that affect student-athletes lives on NCAA member institution campuses.
The Longwood University SAAC is led by a twelve-member elected executive board. SAAC is comprised of at least two student-athletes from each team and in cases where an athlete is a member of the executive board an additional representative is allowed up to four representatives per team. Additionally, SAAC has five committee head positions that are held by representatives.
